While we welcome all feedback, rather than leave an anonymous comment it would be far more helpful if you could contact us in person so that we can discuss your issues directly with you and see if we can help or assist you in any way.

With regards to your comments about appointments, most patients are called back the same day by either a GP or Nurse Practitioner who will then arrange any necessary follow up. Due to on-going Covid restrictions, we are trying to minimise the number of patients who have to physically attend the surgery, but not to the detriment of care. Any patient who needs to be seen urgently will be seen the same day. Overall, we have actually increased our clinical services during the pandemic.

As a three site rural GP practice with a catchment area of over 100 square miles, patients will have to travel to be seen depending on what treatment or care they are receiving and who they are seeing; GP, nurse, HCA, physio, phlebotomist etc.

All doctors and staff have been working extremely hard coping with the additional issues and constraints and we fully appreciate that this has caused problems for our patients too, so as already mentioned, please make direct contact so that we can try and help you.
