I visited the practice every other day for a number of weeks for my after care and the care and support from all the team was truly amazing! The reception team are so welcoming, warm and above all care! They also arranged for me to visit other practices when the practice nurse wasn’t available and went above and beyond to ensure I was Ok. The nursing care was truly exceptional as was the care from the doctor who was quick to act and always there for advice and support. When you are feeling vulnerable the advice and reassurance from the team was so comforting, so a MASSIVE THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to all the team at Veritas... you truly made a difference to my recovery and I will never forget the care and support you gave me!
