(as a service user),

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the great care and professionalism shown towards me in the Plastic surgery unit today. I felt I was in very safe hands having my minor procedure carried out by Miss Strict, John and the rest of the lovely team. They were so kind and went out of their way to look after me and put me at ease. Many thanks
