About: The Whittington Hospital

I was first referred to Whittington for hearing loss and had a battery of tests which confirmed there was a problem. I was told I would be sent a follow-up appointment but I had to go back to GP to prompt them because they didn't contact me. They made and cancelled several of my appointments without giving prior notice of cancellation.

Recently they cancelled my appointment for 05.01.2021 and sent me a letter saying they have a DNA 'Do not attend policy' if you miss an appointment you are sent back to your GP and will have to get another referral.!!
