I am having a terrible time with a few long-lasting health problems. I have communication difficulties due to a disability and have dealt with other NHS groups or departments that have made life very difficult for me.

I have wanted to leave a review for some time but have not generally felt well enough. Today I have had to make sure I do it because the staff at this surgery are doing so much to help me and today did all they could to help reduce my panic at the results of some tests.

The results from speaking to a doctor don't always produce what I hoped because of limitations of what is possible and complications with specific conditions, but they seem to try very hard to make things as quick as possible and to reduce worry wherever possible.
