"Absolutely appalled "

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I have had to call accident and emergency to try and locate my nan who has been taken in and we were not aware. Called reception and they tried to put me through to the nurse who are understandably very busy. The phone kept on just ringing out so I had to go through the whole process again. I now feel too scared to call back again because the receptionist sounded so aggressive so i still do not know what state my nan is in and how to actually see if it's ok. There is no way of leaving a number so i am uncontactable and now I am at a loss. I am so afraid and worried and the staff have been completely insensitive and unkind unnecessarily.
