The doctor was extremely thorough in getting to the correct diagnosis. I had several appointments with her and she arranged scans and telephone consultations (this was right at the start of the first lockdown) in order to confirm the diagnosis.
I have always had a very positive experience whenever I have needed to consult a doctor or nurse in this practice.
