My wife and I have been patients of Arden Medical centre for a number of years,

Everyone at the centre are excellent, from the moment you walk through the door (unfortunately not at present due to restrictions/COVID) you are met with a friendly smile, your questions are answered politely and professionally.

The nursing staff and doctors, never give you the feeling that they are under pressure to get you in and out, and will always listen to your health concerns in an attentive and personal manner.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback, it is very much appreciated and will be shared with the whole team.

We have adopted a process of clinician led telephone triage during the pandemic, but please rest assured that if the doctor or nurse feels you need to be seen in person this will happen. We are seeing triaged patients face to face every day, we hope reducing footfall makes the practice safer for those who need to attend. We look forward to seeing you for your booster vaccine.
