The Doctor I have had several telephone consultations with has been truly exceptional- good listener - extremely helpful - great advice - caring - good management care plan - and most of all advice to follow up in a couple of weeks which proves continued clinical attention
to a medical issue which clearly takes the stress away from Patient
Good support staff in ensuring that telephone appointments are made and processed by the Doctor in good response time
In our very difficult year in 2020 and continuing in 2021 it’s a Godsend to have this GP clinical support
