(as the patient),

For over 20 years I have suffered with ulcerative colitis which affected my lifestyle in both a working and social manner. Thanks to the fantastic care and attention I receive from Dr Naismith and his brilliant team at NHS IBD Clinic my condition has improved hugely giving me a much better quality of life. They are always available for me should it be for advice or indeed further treatment.
