"There was always a smile"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Stroke

(as a service user),

I have recently been discharged from ward 403.

This ward was extremely busy with a number of challenging patients.  The care I received was exceptional.  The staff were always on hand to reassure and give advice on my recent diagnosis.  Nothing was to much trouble and even though they were busy there was always a smile and a friendly chat when needed.  I can't thank the staff enough.
