I had a really good experience interacting with the practice today, with the receptionist and the pharmacist I spoke to. Especially in light of the current communication problems and having to do everything over the phone, and all the stresses on healthcare workers at the moment I was so impressed. They were so kind and had a great demeanour, they sorted out all my issues quickly and in a friendly manner. It would have been so easy for them to be frustrated and in a bad mood but they really made my experience so much easier and more enjoyable.
