This surgery is absolutely disgraceful. I’ve rang 200 times so far today, at various points of the morning (still only 10.50am), can never get through. You can’t even book online anymore so how else are you supposed to get an appointment if the phone lines are constantly ‘user busy’, and the online booking system is unavailable.
Makes people then ring 111 as they can’t get through to their own surgery.
It’s absolutely disgusting and disgraceful that the surgery is being run this way, the functionality is completely incompetent. Would highly suggest to use another surgery. The receptionists are also disgustingly rude with zero level of customer service nor politeness. Would give minus stars if possible.
