Please pass on my thanks to the A&E team for caring for me last night after I fell and dislocated my shoulder, yes there was a wait, but nothing considering we're in the middle of a pandemic!
The nurse who popped my shoulder back was brilliant, lovely Dr, so much care, professionalism and a nice touch of humour. Everyone was lovely, xray staff porter, the lady that took me to xray, cannot fault the care at all, sorry if I missed anyone.
I have been a qualified nurse for 25 years, I have held many rolls, many areas,some senior, I know good care when I see it! Thanks again guys

Thank you Jane for your most kind feedback which I know will be appreciated by the team in our Emergency Department and the staff who support then. I can imagine you must have been in some pain prior to treatment and hope you are recovering well.
