"My partner stroke victim"

(as a relative),

My partner had stroke was transferred back to this ward sat I have not had one up date I am on hold on phone as we speak but will go off in bit it’s terrible how am I suppose to get any update I’m sitting fretting bad enough you can’t visit or go with them. Ow but to not be able to contact ward at all is forgave full I understand stand they busy but I just need an update even the most uncaring or people would realise that surly the next of kin needs to be updated!
