About: Russells Hall Hospital

I attended the department for an upper root extraction. Initially the Medical staff started to explain all the hazards of the procedure and I overreacted and had a panic attack.

However, both they and the Nurse they called in provided me with outstanding reassurance, and when I had calmed down, they were able to carry out the procedure with every consideration for me.
