"Amazing staff working so hard during pandemic.…"

Just wanted to say the staff at this GP practice are great. I know, after talking to them, that they have had to change the way they work and work in a way that they may not like but they've just got on with it and followed the guidelines so well. I've had to have two telephone consulations with the GP and one video call and one visit to the practice because of a health issue I have. All the staff put me at ease, made me feel supported and cared for. The video call was a new thing for me and I was surprised how easy it was. People have clapped for the NHS and say they support the NHS but I thought how many people leave a positive review for the staff to read. So that's why I am writing this and to say thank you to you all.
