I had to visit this morning (11/1/2021) to collect something and return in the afternoon to drop back off. I have dealt with two separate ladies on reception and nothing was to much trouble. Both the ladies were extremely helpful and friendly. I have also in the past dealt with a young gentleman on the appointment line and he's was also extremely helpful.
