About: Pinderfields General Hospital

Despite how busy A&E was I was dealt with quite quickly and all the staff involved in my care were excellent at their jobs. Space was found when I needed to have blood tests and an ECG. There was no sign of panic despite the heavy workload and I was given time to talk to the consultant and nurses without feeling rushed, I was provided with a drink [by the consultant] and at lunchtime a sandwich was provided. I left A&E feeling amazed at the love, care and consideration shown by all the staff involved. Thank you.

I am really pleased to read of your positive experience whilst being in our A&E and what is amazing, is how staff made you feel. It is really important that our patients feel valued and respected but for you to feel that staff showed "love, care and consideration" is truly remarkable of how staff go above and beyond for our patients.
