"Great Service"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

Last Sunday whilst taking down our artificial Christmas Tree, a branch scratched my left eye. We were advised by 111 to go to Eye Casualty in Nottingham. I received super service from the nurse who took my temperature, to the two lovely gentlemen at Reception.

The Nurse Practitioner was fabulous! She explained each step what she was going to do during my eye examination, and was calm and gentle. I felt comfortable with her and trusted her. I appreciated her advice on how to treat my eye over the next 5 days and followed it to the letter!

I was so grateful to be seen especially during the pandemic! Please pass on my positive review to the hard working people in Eye Casulty!

Yours Sincerely

Debbie Oliver

This is excellent feedback, thank you Debbie. I’m glad to hear that you felt comfortable and relaxed with the Nurse Practitioner and left feeling well-informed about how to care for your injury. I will certainly let the team know your experience was a good one, they will be very pleased to hear from you.

Best wishes from all in Eye Casualty.
