"Felt like a burden"

About: The Royal London Hospital

I had a bleeding bladder and called nhs111. I was advised to go to urgent care without delay. Once there, without a check up the doctor diagnosed it was a urine infection and sent me home with antibiotics. Despite some of answers to his questions were "no" which didn't relate to urine infection. He was also grumpy for wasting time.
