"Rude staff"

I rang the maternity services this morning on some advice, iv been so sick during my pregnancy, for the past 3 days I havent been able to eat or keep down any fluids, I was weak, in pain and concerned for my babys health, I explained this to the lady only for her to tell me 'We can't deal with that sort of stuff'.

I was gobsmacked, I felt so pushed away with they're lack of concern or effort to help me in any way. I hung up in tears.
