Uncaring receptionists, with poor people skills . They assume everybody has perfect hearing and even when it’s explained to them that your deaf, they couldn’t care less . They walk away as they are speaking to you instead!

Asking why you want to see a doctor is totally unacceptable and apart from one doctor , tge others have no time for you and will make a snap diagnosis, without listening to what your symptoms are . Using an excuse of ‘ Covid 19’ for bad service is the norm by many these days . Management need a boot up the backside .
