"Thank you so much "

Attended today with my 3 year old daughter who had a suspected uti. I called 111 at half 12 and was given an appointment for 1pm. Surgery was super busy with COVID vaccines going on but the receptionist and practitioner couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. My daughter was very distressed and I’m pregnant with various underlying health conditions which makes attending appointments a challenge. We were in and out really quickly with medicine and reassurance and I’m just so grateful to the staff in what must be really challenging times for them. Thank you so much!
