(as the patient),

Just wanted to feedback on the excellent service by the man that looked after me at 8. 45 on Friday 8th January for my MRI.   On understanding that it was my first you could tell he was very considerate to the fact that I might have been nervous. He was kind, caring and reassuring,   and thoroughly professional.   I hope this is fed back to him, he deserves the praise.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Firstly, it is great to hear your appointment went well. Secondly, it is so wonderful to know the member of staff that saw you regarding your appointment made you feel reassured and was kind. Instances like this are so important to us as a trust, so thank you for feeding it back to us. As I am unable this end to check your personal appointment details, might I suggest, if you know the member of staffs name then you could write a letter or card directly to the department. I'm sure he would like this very much. I do hope, should you ever need our services again, that we provide the same kind and reassuring care that you received on this instance.
