"Very professional but kind care"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as the patient),

I attended Crosshouse ENT outpatients with changes to my voice. From the minute I arrived every member of staff was kind and courteous. My treatment and future surgery was fully explained and I was encouraged to ask questions. I got a bit tearful and the nurses, registrar and receptionist were extremely kind and supportive. I was given time to compose myself in a quiet area and everyone made sure I was ok. They contacted my husband to come and get me. Very professional but kind care was given to me. I also felt very safe with the covid restrictions in place. Thank you to everyone. It was a positive experience.

Dear Hamhec

It's lovely to hear when patients have a positive experience so thank you for taking the time to post this. I will pass your feedback on to all the members of the team, it does brighten everyone's day when they hear patient stories and helps us know we've done a good job. I hope everything is going ok for you and you stay well. Take care.

Best wishes

Tracy
