"Abruptness "

About: Burnham Health Centre

I am 60 years old female, I went to the door where the receptionist was sitting and I explained that I haven’t had the flu jab and I care for my elderly father, the receptionist asked for my date of birth and she said I was not old enough, I replied I was 60 and have high blood pressure and a reveal in my chest because of heart palpitations, she was abrupt and very rude, she then said I’ve booked you in for next week, I was so taken back that I realised when I got home she hadn’t asked for my name so am I booked in, I will find out next week.

It puts me off going, the doctors are really nice though.
