"Disgraceful"

About: Peelhouse Medical Plaza

This is the third time my mother has been told a nurse would come to take a necessary blood test and no one has arrived. The warfarin clinic said she needed a blood test on Wednesday 6th January . My 91 year old mother phoned the surgery on Monday 4th January to check a nurse was coming and was reassured that would happen. No-one arrived. No contact, no explanation, no nothing. For the THIRD time. My son is a doctor and my daughter in law is an intensive care nurse. We are all disgusted with the way my mother is being treated, Ruth Owens (daughter)

I am sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the service that you have received at our surgery. From this reading this review it appears that this may be an issue with different service provider.
