"Fantastic care"

I could not fault the care my mum received in Oak Ward this January. I’m sure that Covid restrictions make the staff’s jobs so much harder but they were very gentle and caring with my mum and kept me informed of what was going on. Sadly the damage to my mother’s body from her heart attack was too much for her 92 year old body to recover from but the nurses handled it all so brilliantly and ensured I could be with her at the end. They guided me gently through the stages and I am so relieved that my mum was with such great people. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses in Oak Ward at Harefield Hospital and keep up the great work.
