"Uncaring & unprofessional "

The reception team have little empathy towards you and effectively belittle your requests and concerns. The Drs are little better, prescribing rather than investigating or showing much care. Don’t expect any follow up after treatment or assistance when they make a mistake.

It took me 2 calls to make an appointment which was made for 4 weeks time...everyone is so busy...I’m given a 3 hour wi Dow in which I might get a call. The Dr did call, but I was not next to my phone so didn’t answer it quickly enough. I returned the call almost immediately to apologise. The receptionist told me they might call back, and I’m still waiting. I appreciate that medical staff are under a lot of pressure but they are not the only people working hard and frankly I am appalled by the flagrant uncaring attitude of this practice.
