"Attended ambulatory care/day surgery"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

Referred by doctors for two pieces of sundamage skin that had to be removed, went in feeling a bit nervous but david and lee-ann were so nice, david explained everything that was going to be happening,

and made me feel very relaxed. After both skin areas had been frozen,I didnt feel a thing.both david and lee-ann kept me chatting and laughing through out the whole process which made it feel like I was only there 5min, lee-ann walked me out and to the stairs,I have no sense of direction and would have got a bit lost so thought that was nice.

Dear Hairgirl,

Thank you for your lovely feedback. It is great that you felt relaxed as the procedures were being carried out. We enjoyed your company as well. It's difficult to find topics of conversation that don't revolve round Covid, so it was a pleasure to have some "hairdresser" talk.

Hopefully everything is proceeding as planned and you are healing well.

Thanks again

David
