I rung up my surgery to get an appointment regarding mental health.
The second day that I couldn’t get one.
So I told the receptionist it is an emergency ( which it is)
They replied with-and what’s the emergency today? When I told them “mental health” they grunted,
As if mental health is not an emergency. Well it is when you have been feeling like this for over a week. And now plucked up the courage to ring,
They asked me my address ( I have recently moved but hadn’t changed it over yet)
Went off the phone, came back and said -is that where you live? Now the only way they would know that I moved was due to unrelated personal connections with other staff from the same surgery. So clearly my name has been brought up. I’m now worried that my personal information will be passed on to them.
I will be taking it further.
