"Gynaecologist appointment"

From the moment I was called in for my appointment the first thing the staff did was introduce themselves and apologise for the delay. They told me their name and asked what they could call me. I felt put at ease from the word go even though I didn’t know what news I was going to be told good or bad. Then I was asked to tell them what had been going on and then they went through my scan results what a relief that was to be told there was nothing too much to worry about. The nurse then explained what procedure she was going to carry out there and then if I was happy for her to do so. No it wasn’t the most comfortable of things but I was reassured every step of the way.
