The practice has improved greatly from the past problems caused by mismanagement. Now the systems that have been put in place make it a lot easier to get the service required. I particularly like the email system for making enquiries that saves hours hanging on to the phone while you wait to get through. I am very happy with the on line call back system so the doctor calls you to discuss your symptoms rather that going to the surgery. Of course, if it felt needed, then you will be called in. I had shingles last year but they were still able to diagnose my condition by talking through with me as well as I was able to upload a photo of my rash to establish the facts.
To summarize I am very impressed with the systems that they are adapting due to trying circumstances and also the caring side from the medical team has seen much improvement and every doctor I have seen in the 12 months have been very impressive. I would be happy to recommend this practice
