About: Outpatients Centre / Dermatology

(as the patient),

Went to Stirling hospital dermatology dept today to have biopsies taken.   Alana was receptionist & put me at my ease when I arrived, then I had to see David & Rose who were doing the procedure, again I was totally at ease with them, they chatted & made me comfortable & the whole experience was completely painless & they kept me informed of every thing they did,   all in all a zero traumatic experience I felt completely at ease the whole time.

It is brilliant that you recognise the work the whole team does to ensure each appointment goes smoothly, and I am glad we were able to make it trauma free.

Hopefully everything is going to plan and you didn't find it too uncomfortable after the anaesthetic wore off.
