"Exactly what I needed"

Went into this with anxiety I couldn’t control that affected pretty much every aspect of my daily life, had my last session today and can say with confidence I’m in control and on top of it, and armed with the tools to put myself back in the drivers seat if I start to backslide again. Been assured I can refer myself again as well if I need anything else, incredibly grateful and able now to crack on with life without being held back by anxiety!
