"Rude admin team - clogged phone line"

Let me preface this with the fact I’ve been coming to this practice for years. The age old issue of the rude admin team is still alive and well in the age of coronavirus. You would think that given all the complaints previously they would do something about it. These rude admin staff are your reward after calling over 100 times in a day to a phone line that’s constantly engaged. Honestly the treatment from these admin staff over the years is enough to make people consider private healthcare. The clinicians have always been caring and wonderful. It’s a shame they are let down by poor admin year after year. Hopefully someone see’s this and these staff get the retraining they so desperately require!
