"BAD COMMUNICATION"

My husband was due to be collected at 12.30pm to attend dialysis on 2/1/21 instead of 1/1/21. I rang when he transport was half an hour late & the staff didn't seem to be aware or bothered about what I was saying. 20 minutes later a member of staff rang to ask where my husband was! I explained they did n to ring back. I rang back and at last spoke to someone who appeared to know what they were doing, they contacted transport & rang me to explain. this was 1& 1/2 hours after he should have been picked up! 10 minutes later someone else rang me to say transport was now on its.

My husband has dementia & couldn't understand why he wasnt being picked up.

I fail to understand why staff don't talk to each other.

This is not the first time this happened.
