About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Maxillo-Facial surgery

(as the patient),

I had a biopsy on my inner cheek which was fine

When I had to get my results I got called out at work and missed my appointment, I rang and apologised and the nurse said don’t worry they will send it to my Doctor which I found out I was misled they have never written to me I still don’t know my results eighteen months later there is no contact number and a new referral is 37 weeks disappointed to say the least.
