"A&E visit"

I am compelled to write following the excellent care that I received at Victoria Hospital, A&E department yesterday.

From the first nurse that assessed me, through to the radiographer and then the nurse practitioner Sarah; I was treated compassionately, and professionally throughout.

Attending A&E alone due to Covid rules meant I probably didn’t ask pertinent questions that a next of kin would help with. However, although I was in a haze of nausea, and throbbing pain I was provided with the information I needed to understand the next steps in my recovery, and of course, expert bandaging!! Sarah was very reassuring and knowledgeable.

I do apologise that I cannot remember other staff names. Thank you to the whole team.
