(as the patient),

I have to thank the Lawson Practice team, starting with Andre but also his colleagues, who helped me contact the NHS and obtain my NHS number urgently.

I was then able to book my Covid vaccination.

They have been really helpful and kind.

Thank you very much again!

Thanks so much for letting us know. Very glad that you were helped by our team and could book your vaccination. We greatly appreciate you taking the time for giving us this feedback and the encouragement it gives staff to keep up the service they are offering in such stressful times. I hope you get your vaccination (or have had it) soon.
