I want to write to you all to express my most sincere thanks for all the care that I received during my recent stay in Elizabeth ward.

My recent health issue started very suddenly and came as a very unwelcome bolt out of the blue, so it was very reassuring to have been given such prompt treatment and to have nurses and doctors who were able, not only to answer questions, but to offer help with the management of all the different issues that arose.

I’m not going to name individuals because I know from my own previous professional life that all the above only happens if everyone connected with, in your case, the ward is integrated into a team who takes pride in what they do. As far as my stay was concerned, all that was self-evident. Thank you.
