(as a service user),

I had to attend an appointment at fourth valley total hopsital to have a lesion removed from my neck. I didn’t really know what to expect but was immediately put at ease by David and Lee-Ann. Everything was explained clearly and put me at ease. We chatted all through the procedure and it felt like it was over in no time at all. Great experience!

Lee-Ann and I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

It is reassuring we were able to put you at ease and distract you from the unpleasant procedure.

Hopefully everything is healing well and you didn't find it too uncomfortable after the anaesthetic wore off.
