About: The James Cook University Hospital

Today 29th Dec 2019 at 4.50 p.m I was horrified to discover I had left my credit card at home despite turning the car upside down I could not find any cash to pay for parking in Car Park 3 - the chap on the end of the intercom was fabulous & said if I went to the barrier he would let me out - what was OUTSTANDING was his great attitude & he did not make me feel like the idiot I clearly am. THANK YOU SO MUCH you made a stressful situation so much better. Take care.
