"My Dad's almost 6 weeks in Hospital"

About: Causeway Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit

(as a relative),

I just want to thank the staff of the Medical Assessment Unit for their dedication and care of our Dad. It was a very difficult time for the family not being able to see him and feeling helpless. However staff like Emir, Janet and Donna giving my brother daily updates helped immensely.

My Dad has came through a lot and still has a journey to go in his recovery. It was touching when Staff Nurse Janet phoned my brother after discharge to hear how he was getting on. 
Many thanks to you all. I hope you are all looking after your own health and mental well-being.

thanks so much for posting your feedback on Care Opinion concerning the care your father received in MAU in Causeway Hospital. Patricia and the rest of the staff will be heartened to hear that their efforts were both worthwhile to his recovery and were so appreciated
