I was extremely disappointed by this practice and i am changing right now.
First, they never completed my registration properly, they don't appear on my "Patient access" and i can't book appointments that way.
Second, with covid you have now to fill up online forms to be called and then maybe something will happen. They're supposed to call within 2 days, i filled up the form a week ago and still nothing...
Thirdly, the first time i needed to be seen, when this time i had the phone appointment, after 5mins of me explaining that i had unusual pain on my lower abdomen, the person on the phone seemed very bothered by me and asked "Why are you calling us?" (Maybe because i'm in pain and i'm requesting medical advice ???). She finally said i could give them a urine sample the next morning, which i did and i never heard of them again. Nothing, no follow up, no results. Obviously, i went to see another practitionner.
I can understand that with covid, they're busy, but asking to someone "why are you calling us" after they've explained they're in pain and need medical examination is a whole other level, it's simply a form of mistreatment.
