Thank you for the time you have taken to tell us about your recent experience in our hospital. I apologise for the delay in responding to your comment but want to reassure you that this has been forwarded to the team of staff who cared for you. You are right PPE creates a barrier between our staff and patients but we try to ensure that this does not damage communication and that patients can receive the same level of care as they would normally expect.

I am glad that you are quickly recovering from your procedure and hope that you also had a peaceful and restful Christmas.
