I attended the Ophthlamology clinic here at BMEC - City Hospital Birmingham for an appointment with a ophthalmologist in the eye Department. They are a few things to improve in the hospital. Eg: Outpatients appointment letter . One off the staff on the Day surgery unit was rude towards me and my mom and I didn’t like the way we were spoken to . It was our first time coming to BMEC - Ophthlamology Department.
