Dear Good#care,

I work with the Quality Improvement & Assurance Team and help services who aren't quite up and running with Care Opinion respond to the feedback they receive. I have been in touch with the Lead Physio, who was delighted you took the time to write, and Victoria greatly appreciated your thanks and was glad to hear you felt empowered following your session.

I notice you have mentioned the literature could be improved and we wondered if you would be willing to share some more information? Patient feedback is so valuable to us when making updates to any of our literature and we would love to hear your thoughts.
