"Not good"

Not a good experience at all. 3 males all unmasked and myself in a very constricted space, during a pandemic. I was given basic information on the process. “It will take 15 to 16 mins if you keep still. Pictures are taken when it’s making the noises”. My well fitting mask was replaced with a paper mask that was so big it dangled under my chin. I had to take my denture out but was given nothing to put it in so had to put it in my handbag! At one point in the process a garbled message came through the head phones. I had no idea what was said. The whole process left me feeling helpless and confused. Compared to a previous scan I have had this falls well below the standard set. The previous time I was given details of how the scan would be in sections, given time scales and talked through the process section by section and reassured while it was happening. I gave feedback after the scan but we were on the steps of the mobile unit with the door firmly closed. I got the impression it fell on deaf ears. A very unpleasant unprofessional experience.
